The Lendlease – ADIA consortium believe that having office and retail spaces for West Coast Vale Condo EL Development Condo will make the Paya Lebar project a bigger success than if it was solely a residential housing property development project. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has provisionally allowed the developers to build 91,340 metres squared or 983,195 square feet of office space. A further 43,470 metres squared (470, 813 square feet) will be set aside for retail units. The Parc Riviera developers are hoping that this project will be a success despite Singapore’s recently poor economic performance for EL Development Tender.
